Mega Spin Hour of Power (Power Based Training) classes introduce power training for everyone. These classes are designed to boost fitness and performance through power based training, they are intensive and suited to intermediate riders. Each block of classes runs for 8 weeks with one class completed each week.
- Mega Spin Hour of Power classes run for 1 hour on Thursday morning.
- Morning classes start at 7.00 a.m.
- Block 1 2018 starts Thursday 15 February and finishes 5 April
- Block 2 2018 starts Thursday 19 April and finishes 7 June
- Block 3 2018 starts Thursday 28 June and finishes 16 August
- Block 4 2018 starts Thursday 30 August and finishes 18 October
- Block 5 2018 starts Thursday 1 November and finishes 20 December
