Mega Spin Hour of Power (Power Based Training) classes introduce power training for everyone. These classes are designed to boost fitness and performance through power based training, they are intensive and suited to intermediate riders. Each block of classes runs for 8 weeks with one class completed each week.
- Mega Spin Hour of Power classes run for 1 hour on Thursday morning.
- Morning classes start at 7.00 a.m.
- Block 4 classes start 31 August and finish 19 October
- Block 5 classes start 2 November and finish 21 December
