Mega Spin (Conditioning) classes emphasize technique and fitness with a focus on correct pedalling technique, posture, gear selection, and heart rate specific training. Each block of classes runs for 8 weeks with one class completed each week.

  • Mega Spin classes run for 1 hour on Thursday evening.
  • Evening classes start at 6.30 p.m.
  • Block 1 2018 starts Thursday 15 February and finishes 5 April
  • Block 2 2018 starts Thursday 19 April and finishes 7 June
  • Block 3 2018 starts Thursday 28 June and finishes 16 August
  • Block 4 2018 starts Thursday 30 August and finishes 18 October
  • Block 5 2018 starts Thursday 1 November and finishes 20 December
